What is JAM?
JAM is Salem's Children's Ministry! It's a breakaway from traditional Sunday school using Large-Group/Small-Group Sunday school curriculum. It transforms the way children learn about the bible and inspires them to live out their faith. JAM combines exciting, interactive large-group worship with safe, share-your-faith small group relationship building. All Preschool - 5th grade children are welcome to join us downstairs for children's worship from 9:30-10:45 am.
JAM Opportunities
JAM has several opportunities available for adult and youth who feel called to serve in Salem's Children's Ministry.
Large Group Worship - leads children through a DVD based worship experience.
Small Group Leader - works directly with children in the classroom using lessons and materials prepared ahead of time.
Classroom Assistant - Jr or Sr High youth who help the small group leader with classroom activities.
Registration Crew - checks in children on Sunday mornings.
Supply Crew - gathers and organizes supplies for the small group.
