Salem UMC is passionate about raising up the next generation of young people who will impact the world. Our work is to encourage youth in the Council Bluffs area to passionately pursue Jesus Christ, to develop a life-changing relationship with Him, and to share their relationship to those they encounter.

August 2010 Activities

  • Wednesday, August 4th - 6:00-8:00pm: Youth help with set-up at Manna Campus for "Bag a Bargain Sale".

  • Wednesday, August 11th - 7:00-9:00pm: Pool Party w/ Pizza @ Council Bluffs Country Club. Make welcome signs for Pastor Green and family. Donations for Target gift card. BRING A FRIEND!

  • Sunday August15th: Youth go to 9:30 service together to welcome Pastor. (hang posters)

  • Wednesday, August 25th - 7:00-8:30pm: Jr. & Sr. Youth meet; Start reading 1 Peter (bring Bibles); Game and snack.

September 2010 Activities

  • Wednesday, September 1, 7-8:30PM: Bible Study, 1 Peter

  • Wednesday, September 15, 7-8:30PM: Bible Study, 2 Peter.

  • Saturday, September 18, 9:00AM: Leave from Salem to Adventureland!
